Dwyer® Visi-Float® Flowmeter, VFA-1, Acrylic Block, 5% FS Acc.1-1 SCFH air

The visifloat flowmeter bodies are precision cut and machined from solid, clear acrylic plastic blocks. This construction not only produces a finished product, but allows for full visual inspection. As a result, visi-float flowmeters are especially popular for laboratory and medical equipment applications. The front scale location and white background provide excellent visibility. The heat stamped scales are direct reading plastic and will not wear off. Midrange calibration is established with a Master flowmeter. Accuracy is ±5% of full scale for VFA models, ±3% for VFB. Average scale 2" long on VFA models, 4" long on VFB. The machined acrylic bodies of the visi-float flowmeters are virtually unbreakable. Manufacturing is backed by over 60 years of experience in acrylic instrument machining. The tapered hole is precision machined to a smooth surface that provides perfect visibility of the indicated float. The VFA and VFB models are available with brass or stainless steel and inlet and outlet connections are drilled for 1/8" NPT threads. VFB models 85 and 86 have either 1/4" back or 3/ 8" end. All models employ standard Buna-N O-Rings for leak-proof operation and are available with flanges for either horizontal or vertical back or end connections.
